Chooses a gift from a description
“I need a gift for my mum, she is 50. She likes cooking and flowers on the balcony. Budget up to €100.”
The consultant clarifies details if needed and suggests three or four products from your catalogue: with a price, link and a few words on why it chose them. If any are currently discounted, it says so itself. The customer does not have to work through filters and browse dozens of pages.
Compares products
“You have two televisions, at €700 and €800. How do they differ? Is it worth paying more?”
The consultant places features side by side — screen, brightness, sound, warranty — and explains in simple words what the extra €100 pays for. It then says which suits whom. Its answers use product card data.
Talks only about your shop
“I can’t help with that: I only help with products from our shop. Can I find something for you?”
The consultant sees only your catalogue and shop terms. It does not answer unrelated questions or promise discounts or timelines absent from your rules. We check this separately before launch.
You see what customers ask about
Customer conversations are saved. At your request, we will turn them into analytics in a separate dashboard: which products are searched for most, what could not be found in the catalogue and which conversations show customer dissatisfaction.

Who pays for the AI service?
You do, directly: the consultant runs through your account with an AI service, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, and the bill comes to you. We will help create the account.
My shop is not on PrestaShop. Will it work?
Yes, the consultant connects to most popular platforms. We will quote the price after looking at your shop.
What if the customer wants something I do not have?
The consultant will say the product is unavailable and suggest similar ones.
What language does it answer in?

What customer conversations cost
Every consultant response is paid for through the AI service. Inexpensive models are enough for selecting and comparing products: by our calculations, a thousand conversations of 3–4 questions cost around €5–10. If a hundred customers talk to the consultant each day, that is around €15–30 a month.
What we need from you
Shop access, delivery, payment and returns terms, an AI service account (we will help create one) and, if messengers are needed, a WhatsApp number and the shop’s Telegram account.

- Setting boundaries. We configure what it talks about: your products, delivery, payment and returns under your terms. Before launch, we check that it does not invent features, prices or discounts.
- Connecting channels. Website chat and, optionally, WhatsApp and Telegram buttons: customers can write to the consultant there too.
