About us
How Simplit began
Simplit began among friends. Each of us knows business from a different angle, from finance to networks and security. When we all became fascinated by AI, we wanted to understand what it could really offer an ordinary company. We decided to test it on ourselves.
We built the first system for our own companies when AI was considerably less capable. It was hard: agents often made mistakes, and we rebuilt the system from scratch three times. Our business experience helped. With AI, as with a new employee, you need to build a working relationship: explain how the company works, provide rules and access. We learned as we went: the approach did not even have a name then. (It only started being called a harness a couple of months ago, by which time we had been working this way for almost a year.)
After a few months, it all came together: the agents began to understand our companies. For us, it felt like a small miracle. Soon the first financial agent started working for a client, who wrote to us:

We had not expected this. Other clients followed the first, and several large projects came along.
Throughout this time, we kept adding layer after layer to the system and learning how to use it. First it doubled our working speed; now it has tripled it.
We have worked with small and medium-sized businesses for a long time, and we see that many owners still do not understand how AI works or whether they can trust it. We want to help them take this journey faster and avoid our mistakes. We do the same for clients as we do for ourselves: first we understand their company and build an AI layer, then we teach employees to work with the new system.
Our mission
AI is developing very quickly, and we believe the world will change greatly over the next five years. Living and working in it will require new approaches. We want as many companies as possible to have time to learn them, and we know from our own experience that it is possible.
How we work
First organisation, then AI
If you introduce AI into a mess, you get the same mess, only much faster. It will bring neither benefits nor money. So we first organise processes and data, then connect AI.
Security
We have given AI access to our own companies’ data and understand why this can be worrying. Together with you, we decide what it can be trusted with, and you can revoke access at any time.
