Interface concept · fictional data
The client’s button. The client clicks “Ask for help” and describes the problem by voice; the engineer replies in the same window. Example interface; fictional company and people.
About the product
For companies that remotely maintain clients’ computers and software.
An AI assistant handles routine work — analysing logs, finding an error, preparing a fix and report. The engineer assigns the task, confirms changes and takes responsibility for the result.
We estimate this could resolve up to 70% of standard tickets: printers, updates, access, software failures. If support has two or three engineers, saving half their time is around €2,000–3,000 a month.
We plan the first implementation in our own IT support service.
Planned contents
- An app for requesting support on clients’ computers.
- Engineer’s console: computers by department, tickets, conversations with users and a separate internal channel for working with AI.
- Rules for the AI assistant: no data deletion and no access to administrator passwords.
- Computer access only while working on the ticket.
- Works with your ticket system or ours.
Who it is for
- IT companies maintaining clients’ computers and networks under support contracts.
- Software and app developers providing ongoing client support.
- Support services with a high volume of standard tickets.
How it is intended to work
Ticket
The user describes the problem by text or voice, and computer details are attached to the ticket.
Assignment
The engineer opens the ticket in the console and assigns diagnosis to the AI assistant.
Diagnosis
The AI assistant analyses logs and errors and proposes a fix.
Report
The AI assistant prepares a report: cause, what was done and what to recommend. The engineer checks it and forwards it to the client.
Development status
The product is in development. The description shows the intended scenario; the contents of the first release, timing and price have not yet been defined.
