First find out where AI can help your company, then decide what to pay for
We review how your company actually works and provide a plan: what to do first, what comes next and where AI is not yet needed. Each step comes with a price.
A good fit if you are considering AI for your company but are not sure where to start or what it will bring.

How the AI audit works
- 1
We talk to employees and managers and see how work actually happens.
- 2
We create a map: which processes exist, where data is stored, who is responsible for what, and where manual work and risks occur.
- 3
We identify where AI will save time and money, where data needs organising first and where AI is not needed.
- 4
We describe key processes — the first part of your company’s AI layer. On this basis, we propose AI assistants: what each will do, how much time it will save and when it will pay for itself.
What the report includes
What you get
A clear action plan based on your data.
It will form the foundation of your company’s AI layer. It is your document: you can act on it with us, with another team or on your own.
Examples from our work
A trading group of three companiesa single transaction passed through four or five programs, and stock was tracked in Excel. We reviewed 12 processes, moved the group to one business system and connected AI assistants.Learn moreShow less

- Problem.
- Data for a single transaction was in different places: the task in one program, the invoice in another, the payment at the bank, the order in the business system and stock in Excel. Stock figures did not match, reports were compiled manually and their formulas broke.
- Solution.
- We started with organised data rather than AI. We described 12 processes with diagrams — from sales and purchasing to month-end closing. Using these descriptions, we replaced disconnected programs with one business system — Odoo — and the same descriptions formed the basis of the company’s AI layer. Four AI assistants work on top of Odoo.
- Outcome.
- Stock figures match and are visible straight away, reports are compiled without manual work, and AI assistants rely on accurate data.
Accounting firman implementation plan for six AI assistants: according to the project calculations, they will free up around 250 working hours a month.Learn moreShow less

- Problem.
- Around 500 clients. Much time goes into work surrounding accounting: printing and manually entering documents, emails, calls and client reminders.
- Solution.
- We spoke to the administrator, accountants and manager. In a private portal, we described how the firm works and prepared an implementation plan for six AI assistants: what each will do, what it costs and when it will pay for itself. We kept the accounting software: the team knows it. We started with two AI assistants — for document intake and client correspondence.
- Outcome.
- According to the project calculations, six AI assistants will free up around 250 working hours a month. The team will be able to use this time to serve new clients. Implementation is phased, and the project is currently in progress.
Frequently asked questions
What if it turns out we don’t need AI yet?
Then the plan will say so, and you will know what to do first.
What if it turns out our business software needs replacing?
That will be a separate next step, and the decision is yours. We will compare suitable systems against your own processes — considering not just the licence price, but also ease of use and costs over several years.
Our processes are already mapped. Why do you need interviews?
We use your diagrams and existing assessments to avoid doing the same work twice. In interviews, we check with employees how things work in practice: what has changed, what is missing from the description and where difficulties arise.
If we pay for a review, are we obliged to order implementation?
No. The review is a separate piece of work. Afterwards, you decide whether to follow the plan with us, with another team or stop there.
Will you propose implementing everything as one big project?
No. The plan will contain several implementation options with prices and a sequence of steps. You can choose where to start and how much work you need right now.
What should we prepare before starting?
Tell us which employees we should speak to and who is responsible for what. Prepare a few examples from everyday work: spreadsheets, emails or documents. We will sign a confidentiality agreement before any materials are shared.
